Having serviced over 30,000 computers since 1987, our technicians are trained to understand that you only really care about three things when you bring your broken computer to us:

1. How long will it take to get fixed?
2. How much will it cost me?
3. Will I lose my data?

As such, every person on a system check-in is given service options depending on the problem and their particular set of circumstances.  No two people, computers or situations are the same and we do our best to tailor our services to your particular issues, time frame and budget.

WHAT SETS US APART

1. DEPOSIT GOES TOWARD EITHER REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT-

The $50 diagnostic fee paid on check-in goes toward either the completed repair OR replacement.  If the repair cost is going to be $100 or less, we perform it and call you when it is completed.  If for any reason the repair will be over $100 OR you will lose your information, we will call to discuss cost and other options.  Some people understandably don't want to invest a couple of hundred dollars into older computer equipment.  In that case we will deduct $50 off any in-stock desktop or laptop.

2. GUARANTEED SOFTWARE WORK-

We are the only shop that UNCONDITIONALLY GUARNTEES Software repairs.  Any customer that selects our PREMIUM RELOAD product gets an unconditional 30 day warranty on the work.  If for any reason, the computer requires a windows reload, we will reload it free of charge. That also includes HARDWARE FAILURE.

3. EDUCATION AND PHONE FOLLOW-UP

We do more than fix your computer.  We also educate you on how to keep your computer running properly, so you won't have to visit us in the future and pay for the same repair.  We can afford to do this because of our huge customer base.  We will also make a phone follow-up call to make sure that your computer is running properly and answer any questions you may have.  You also have the option to check out your computer prior to leaving the store.
