This terms of Use Agreement applies to use of the secondsourcecomputers.com website. This site is the property of Second Source Computers. By using this site you agree to all our terms and conditions, whether or not you actually reviewed them. The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Your use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, do not enter or use this site.
PAYMENT
We accept Paypal, Visa or Mastercard only. All credit card transactions are processed through a secure server. All shipments are to verified Paypal or credit card address only.
SHIPPING
Any serviced items will be return shipped to you using your own box and including CUSTOMER PROVIDED ship to label. Any items purchased from us will be shipped either FedEX or UPS ground insured signature required. Faster shipping methods can be arranged for an additional fee. On purchases, we usually ship within 2 business days of verified payment. All purchase deliveries are insured and guaranteed against loss, theft and damage. We do not ship to any other address other than the verified Paypal address or credit card address.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
Any manufacturer refurbished or closeout unit has A MANUFACTURER WARRANTY. Any manufacturer NEW unit has A MANUFACTURER WARRANTY. Any of our certified used notebooks are WARRANTED THROUGH US. If you experience any hardware warranty you should contact the manufacturer UNLESS YOU PURCHASE ONE OF OUR USED NOTEBOOKS WITH OUR WARRANTY. We cannot help you with manufacturer warranty problems. You must deal directly with the manufacturer. All manufacturers give you some way to either make recovery DVDs or restore your operating system using an F11 recovery partition. You should always attempt to restore your unit operating system back to original factory default prior to calling the hardware manufacturer for warranty assistance.
RETURNS
Secondsourcecomputers.com offers a 20 day return policy. The 20 days BEGINS ON THE DATE OF DELIVERY. Merchandise returned for refund within the 20 day return period is subject to a 15% restocking fee. All customer shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must obtain a prior Sma# (Returned Merchandise Authorization) from Secondsourcecomputers.com. Any returned item without a confirmed Sma# on the outside of the box will NOT BE ACCEPTED and returned to you and no credit issued. Sma numbers are valid for 15 days once issued (emailed to you). Returns must be 100% complete, in original factory condition, with all original boxes and packaging, materials, contain all manuals,k inserts, warranty cards, software, cables, and accessories. In addition the unit must not have been registered. Additional charges will apply if the merchandise is not returned in 100% complete condition.
Before requesting an Sma, make sure that you have read and understood our return policy. To obtain an Sma#, email us at service@secondsourcecomputers.com. Sma# and ship to instructions will be emailed to you within 3 business days.
When shipping your package, it is highly recommended that you INSURE THE PACKAGE you are returning. In the event your package is lost or damaged, secondsourcecomputers.com will not assume any responsibility. We suggest you use a traceable carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery. Sma number MUST APPEAR ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A RETURN ON ANY PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS.
Aafter we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the original credit card used for the purchase. You may instead opt for full purchase credit on replacement product. Purchase credit must be used within 90 days. After 90 days from issuance, purchase credit expires.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
If your merchandise appears to have arrived malfunctioning or appears to be defective, contact the manufacturer to obtain warranty service. In many instances, manufacturer representatives can diagnose and resolve product concerns over the phone. If the product is WARRANTED WITH US, EMAIL US FOR AN EXCHANGE.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to contact the shipping company if your notebook (originally sent to us for repair) is returned to you damaged due to shipping mishandling. If OUR REPLACEMENT UNIT ARRIVES DAMAGED, call us or email us at service@secondsourcecomputers.com within 2 days of delivery. After 2 days we cannot accept responsibility for any damage claim. AFTER TWO DAYS IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT THE SHIPPING CARRIER.
REFUSED MERCHANDISE
Any replacement merchandise ordered from us AND REFUSED ON DELIVERY is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Canceled ORDERS
Any canceled orders will be refunded in full PRIOR TO SHIPPING. Once the item is shipped, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee and shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Secondsourcecomputers.com is not responsible for any misrepresentation made under its name or logo by any member affiliate website.
PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your privacy and do not resell or distribute any information provided to us. We will send you periodical email tech updates if you request them from us. We need to make your information available to our shopping cart processor in order to verify the sales transaction.

We are not responsible for manufacturer price changes, typographical errors, pictorial errors or technical inaccuracies. Price and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Secondsourcecomputers.com reserves the right to revoke, refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect including after the order has been submitted. If your credit card was charged, a credit to your card will be issued in the amount of the charge. Prices will be corrected when discovered.

Requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

In the event you receive any marketing material from us you're not interested in, please reply with the words REMOVE in the subject line.
SAFE SHOPPING GUARANTEE
We guarantee that every transaction you make at secondsourcecomputers.com will be 100% safe. By law the bank cannot hold you responsible for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify the credit card provider.
