1.      Everything listed in the SILVER PLUS:

2.      Service repair capped on any software repair at $50

3.      Free desktop loaner on check-in.

4.      FREE anti-virus and spy ware removal software

5.      Laptop loaner $50 flat fee.

6.      Next day expedited service ($35 value per occurence).

7.      Free remote dial in diagnostic.

8.      Free remote maintenance (optimization only) on ONE in-home computer.

9.      Every two years can exchange or upgrade your desktop for $100 with working exchange

10.  Every two years can exchange or upgrade your laptop for $200 with working exchange

11.  UP TO THREE COMPUTERS FOR INSTORE SERVICE.
