Ebay Trading Assistant

HOW DOES YOUR EBAY TRADING ASSISTANT PROGRAM WORK?

We will sell your unwanted valuables on EBAY.  You provide the item(s) and item description write-up.  We will place your item on EBAY for auction, answer all the questions, ship the item and pay you once the new owner of your item has posted positive feedback for the transaction.

WHAT IS THE COST?

We charge a 60% commission of the item selling price for any item that sells for under $100.  Any item that sells from $100 to $1000, our commission rate is reduced to 40%.  If an item sells between $1000-2000, we charge a 35% commission.  Any item that will sell over $2,000 will be assigned a reduced commission fee based of the selling price.

WHY IS YOUR COMMISSION CHARGE HIGH?

We have been an EBAY power seller since 2001 with over 500 successful positive feedback transactions at 100% positive feedback.  That positive feedback score will get you at least an additional 20-25% on the item selling price, which will offset our commission rate.  We also do not charge add on fees.  All our fees are deducted from our side once the item sells.  It takes the same amount of time and effort to successfully post and sell a cheap item as an expensive item, which is why we charge so much for any item that sells for under $100.

HOW SOON DO I GET PAID?

On average about three weeks.  It takes a week for the auction, up to a week for us to get paid and at least another week for the new owner to check out the item AND POST POSITIVE FEEDBACK.  WE DO NOT PAY YOU UNTIL THE NEW OWNER POSTS POSITIVE FEEDBACK.

WHAT IF THE BUYER DOESN'T POST POSITIVE FEEDBACK?

We will wait 30 days.  If the buyer doesn't post feedback within a 30 day period BUT DOESN'T CONTEST THE SALE, Paypal will generally not side with the buyer in most cases.  Paypal is like a credit card company.  If the buyer contests a charge, Paypal will put a HOLD on the funds in our account until the dispute is settled.

WHAT HAPPENED TO ALL THE EBAY STORES?

Most of them are out of business already, because they were sold a bill of goods on what EBAY is and isn't.  For the majority of items, EBAY IS A STEP AHEAD OF GOODWILL OR DISPOSAL.  Most items on EBAY sell below original wholesale cost.

SUPPOSE I WANT TO POST ON EBAY MYSELF AND KEEP ALL THE MONEY?

Go ahead.  First you need to setup an EBAY and Paypal account and give them both access to your checking account.  Then you have to learn how to use both.  Then you need to build up enough positive feedback transactions for potential EBAY buyers to purchase your products.  Then you have to post, answer questions, ship, etc.  Good luck.  Most people aren't going to what to go through this hassle to sell a couple of possibly valuable items. For most unwanted items, you are better off looking at the item as FOUND MONEY instead of looking to get top dollar.  If you want to get top dollar for your item, place an ad in the local newpaper and sell it.

WHAT WON'T YOU ACCEPT?

Anything illegal or anything EBAY won't accept.  We also won't take records, VHS tapes, opened software or items that can't be shipped affordably.

HOW DO I USE YOUR SERVICE?

  1. First, check the item you want to sell on Ebay to determine whether it's worth your while.
  2. Assuming you have an item of some value, contact us.  You can either email at this link provided or call us (302) 475-7018.
  3. Assuming will accept your item, we need the item dropped off to our main location at 2201 Silverside Road, Wilmington, DE 19810 or mailed to that address along with your item description.  A general idea of the category you want your item posted is a good idea.
  4. Sit back and wait for your check.  It's that simple.
