Second Source Computer Centers, Inc. is committed to providing the highest level of service at the most affordable rates.  This includes data recovery from non-working hard drives.  We will attempt a data recovery for free if you are either having completed service work done or purchasing a replacement notebook or desktop from us.   If we are successful, you will pay an additional minimum data recovery fee ranging from $35 to $100 depending on the amount of data and how we have to save it. If we are not successful, you will pay nothing.

If you opt for data recovery only, you will be accessed a minimum fee of $35 for the attempt.  If we are successful to total cost will range from $50 - 100 (including the original $35 attempt fee).  We will provide the backup media on DVDs and keep your saved information on our backup data servers for an additional time in the event that you have problems reading the backup we send to you.
